Raymond L. “Ray J” Johnston, age 60, of Boonville, died Sunday, August 12, 2018.

Celebration of life visitation, full military honors, will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, August 17, at Howard Funeral Home in Boonville. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Eagles Arie #1022 of Boonville.

Raymond is preceded in death by his parents, James, Bessie and Dean.

He is survived by his wife Karen of the home, sons; Brandon Lee Johnston and Michael James Johnston both of Boonville, MO., and Ryan Iadanza of Sioux City, IA. Also surviving are his siblings, Shirley Johnston of Sedalia, and Tammy Brandes (Gary) of Boonville. and Doug Johnston of Boonville. He will be dearly missed by his granddaughter, Cheyenne and his nieces and nephews, Deanamarie Naylor, Jared Johnston, Kayla Johnston, Nathan Brandes and Jimmy Brandes.
