Mabel Shannon Harvey, age 95, of Marshall, died Tuesday, August 14, 2018.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, August 20, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall.

Visitation will be held from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Smith Chapel United Methodist Church or Smith Chapel Cemetery.

Survivors include a sister-in-law, Dora Alice Shannon of rural Marshall; two nieces, Sheila Cook of Marshall and Sherry Werneke (Bill) of rural Nelson; one nephew, Randy Shannon (Vicki) of rural Marshall; three great-nieces; three great-nephews; and Ralph’s family.

In addition to her parents, Elias Preston Shannon and Lillie Shackelford Shannon, and husband, Mabel was preceded in death by two daughters in infancy; two brothers, Earl and Carter Shannon; and one nephew, Ron Shannon.
