Two roadwork projects during daylight hours are scheduled to begin on Monday, August 20, in Howard County.
According to MoDOT, bridge maintenance is scheduled to take place on Route H over Salt Fork Creek, south of County Road 204.
Also, pavement patching is scheduled to begin on Route U, between Highway 3 and County Road 251.
Each project will have one lane open, and crews will flag traffic through the work areas, which is scheduled to continue through Thursday, August 30.
An ongoing roadwork project during overnight hours is scheduled to resume in Howard County this week.
According to MoDOT, resurfacing and shoulder improvements are scheduled to continue on Highway 40, between Highway 5 and Route UU in Boone County.
Beginning on Monday, August 20, side-road entrance paving is scheduled to take place throughout the week. Also, one lane of the Bonne Femme Creek Bridge, west of County Road 461, will be closed until September, and the overall project is scheduled to run through sometime in October.
During the project, one lane will be open, and a pilot car will guide traffic through the work area.
