Frances Hattie Anna Heins Cook, 97, of Blackburn, MO, passed away Friday, August 17, 2018.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 21, at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Blackburn. Visitation will be held from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the church.

Burial will be at Blackburn Cemetery.

Survivors include two sons, Ray D. Cook and Stanley G. Cook both of Blackburn; three grandsons, Michael Cook and wife Linda of Alma, Douglas Cook and wife Ricci of Sweet Springs and Steven Cook of Columbia;  five great-grandchildren;  three great-great-grandsons; and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Louis Heins and Edna Mevius Heins, and husband, Charles William Cook, Frances was preceded in death by two sisters, Gladys Lee and husband J.B. and Mardelle Marten and husband Dale; and a daughter-in-law, Mona Joyce Cook.

Campbell Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall is in charge of arrangements.
