The Boonville R-1 School Board set this year’s tax rate and discussed future facilities needs during its most recent meeting.
Superintendent Dr. Sarah Marriott said the board approved the 2018-19 Tax Rate, which only included minor changes from last year.

In other business, Marriott said a study is scheduled to be conducted soon on the district’s facilities, which will help identify future needs.

Also during the meeting, Marriott said the board voted to remove tuition fees this year for all preschool students due to receiving ADA funding.
