Ronald Lee Payne, age 61, of Marshall, died Saturday, August 18, 2018.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 22, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, where visitation begins at 1:30. Burial will follow at Ridge Park Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to Gill Memorial Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, Charles Marion “Puddin” Payne and Edith Mae Overstreet Payne; he is survived by one daughter, Candace Ellensohn and husband, Eric, of Wellington; one son, Nick Payne and companion, Lauren Thiel, of Sedalia; three grandchildren: Brooklynn, Kaylin and Ayden; one sister, Donna Lyon, of Marshall; two brothers, Daryl Perkins and Roger Payne, both of Marshall; as well as nieces and nephews.
