Leona Johanna Martin, age 101, of New Franklin, died Monday, August 27, 2018.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 1, at Immanuel United Church of Christ in New Franklin, where visitation begins at noon.

Interment will follow services at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in New Franklin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Immanuel United Church of Christ.

Survivors include two daughters, Dianne Goodwin of Jackson, and Elaine Ryan of Moberly, and her granddaughter, Lisa Porter of Tustin, California. She was a beloved aunt, great-aunt and great-great aunt to many. Also surviving is her caregiver Tony Wheeler of New Franklin.

In addition to her parents; Louis and Pauline Schoppenhorst Bueker, and husband; Albert Curtis Martin, she was preceded in death by a sister, Esther Oerly and a brother, Orville Bueker.
