After tabling a decision on an ordinance to add a section to the municipal code in regards to recycling of solid waste, the Carrollton Town Council accepted a bid for pump testing during its meeting on Tuesday, September 4.
Administrative Assistant Terry Bell said the bid approved was from Conrad Fire Equipment, of Olathe, Kansas.

In other business, Carrollton Municipal Utilities Superintendent Clint Mathis was at the meeting and made a request regarding a bulk water station.

Bell said the council approved the request.
