Saline County Commissioners approved the hiring of a part-time employee to work in Clerk Debbie Russell’s office.
During the meeting on Tuesday, September 4, Russell explained there is a need for Wilma Cox to be hired.

Cox’s employment will begin on Monday, September 17, according to Russell.
In other news, Southern District Commissioner Monte Fenner said some tubes are going to be replaced on a rural roadway soon.
