A roadwork project is scheduled to close both eastbound lanes on I-70 in Lafayette County on Tuesday, September 11.
According to MoDOT, from 2 a.m. to 6 p.m., pavement repair is scheduled to close eastbound I-70 at the Route M and O Bridge near Odessa. The bridge also will be close, but motorists will be diverted up the bridge ramps and back down to I-70.
The work zone will have reduced speeds, and motorists should be prepared for possible delays. After the work is complete, one lane of eastbound I-70 and the bridge will be reopened while the pavement cures.
All work is weather permitting.
