Carrollton Area Economic Alliance Director Sharon Metz was at the meeting of the Carrollton Town Council on Monday, September 17, and asked permission to go ahead and try to get some funding to make some improvements to a community building.
According to City Administrative Assistant Terry Bell, the improvements involve the Rupe Center.

Bell said no city tax dollars will be used.

Bell said the current capacity of the facility is 250 people.
