In order to get the ball rolling on the downtown revitalization project, Carrollton City Administrative Assistant Terry Bell said the Town Council approved a request made by Kim Burger of Planning and Zoning during its meeting on Monday, September 17.

In other news, a request was made by the school district for a variance to an ordinance on the books, according to Bell.

Bell said the council also approved a bid from MFA for it to provide propane for the city.
