Ruth M. Samuels, age 88, of Marshall, died Thursday, September 27, 2018.

At Ruth’s request, graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 3, at Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. No visitation will be held. Memorials are suggested to The Living Center or National Autism Foundation in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.

Survivors include one daughter, Carla Davidson of Marshall; two grandchildren, Derrick and Stephanie Davidson; as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters: Doris Smith, Margie Green, and Mildred Scarborough; one brother, Joe “Tuffy” Yates; and a brother in infancy.
