Several members of the Saline County Career Center’s DECA chapter attended the Tucker Leadership Lab in Liberty on Wednesday, September 26, 2018.
A news release says DECA members were divided into teams to tackle several challenging courses at the lab at William Jewell College. Students reportedly were able to learn valuable team-building skills by completing various challenges on the course. The challenges were geared to help create better leaders and encourage team growth and personal development.
Representing the Saline County Career Center, including sponsors, were: Kelly Stewart, Kerry Henley, Alexia Bowlen, Ethan Utterback, Ashley Garner, Xane Anderson, Rhiannon Bowlen, Jimmy Gutierrez, Romario Monroy, Jennifer Aguilar, Rowdy Souder, Joanna Carranza, Reyna Natividad, Cynthia Martinez and Lizvet Menendez.
