An Endangered Person Advisory has been issued for a missing man in Carroll County.
According to a release from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the advisory has been issued by the Carrollton Police Department regarding a missing-person incident that occurred at 11 a.m. on September 30 at 112 North Main Street.
The release says authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating 48-year-old Vincent E. Harding, who is white and about 5-foot-11 and 150 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes, a barbed-wire tattoo on his right arm and a roses tattoo on his shoulder. He was last seen wearing a tan and green-colored ball cap, khaki shorts and gray/blue shoes.
Harding reportedly suffers from paranoid schizophrenia, is non-medicine compliant, and has a prior history of self harm.
