The Marshall City Council was asked to approve a professional services proposal from Engineering Surveys and Services, Inc. of Jefferson City, regarding a mill-and-overlay project needed in the city at its meeting on Monday, October 15.
Municipal Services Director Bill Anderson explained this contract is for the engineering consultant and help doing the paperwork during the project that MoDOT requires.

Anderson listed the streets scheduled during the project.

The council approved the agreement for the not-to-exceed fee of $24,750.
