A roadwork project is scheduled to continue this week in Howard County.
According to MoDOT, bridge-replacement work is continuing this week which has close the Doxies’ Creek Bridge on Route V, west of County Road 265. Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route around the work area.
The project is scheduled for completion by sometime in December.
An ongoing roadwork project during daylight and overnight hours is scheduled to resume this week.
Resurfacing and shoulder improvements are scheduled to continue on Highway 40, between Route UU Highway 5. Also during this week, striping operations are scheduled, and the overall project is scheduled to be completed sometime this month.
During the project, one lane will be open, and crews will guide traffic through the work area.
