A Sedalia man was killed in a traffic crash in Cole County Saturday night.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a traffic crash on 50-Highway and Lookout Point Road in Cole County around 6:30 p.m., October 20th, 2018. According to online reports, the crash occurred when 21-year-old Kin Darius of Jefferson City attempted to cross the highway and travelled into the path of 49-year-old Michael Poindexter of Sedalia. Poindexter struck Darius’s vechile, causing him to be ejected from his motorcyle. Poindexter was pronounced deceased at the scene.
