10/24/18 UPDATE: ACCORDING TO A RELEASE FROM THE MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL, DERBY HAS BEEN FOUND AND HE IS SAFE.
The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department has issued an Endangered Silver Advisory for a missing adult.
According to a release from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred at 10 a.m. on Sunday, October 21, at 1125 NE 951 Private Road in Lowry City.
Missing is 83-year-old Charles Roland Derby, who is about 6-foot-3 and 230 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt and gray athletic pants. He reportedly suffers from the early stages of dementia.
Derby reportedly is in a 2011 metallic-brown Nissan Altima bearing Missouri license plate- WDO E2K.
