A Slater man was seriously injured in a rollover traffic accident in Pettis County on Tuesday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred as a southbound vehicle, driven by 68-year-old Arnold Dickey, reportedly traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a guardrail, rotated counter clockwise and then overturned multiple times down into a ravine.
Dickey reportedly was transported by emergency responders to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment of serious injuries.
The accident happened at 10 a.m. on U.S. Highway 65 at John Road.
