Edward William Schroeder, age 84, of Green Ridge, died Tuesday, October 23, 2018.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 27, at Heckart Funeral Home in Sedalia. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, October 26, at Heckart Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to Bethel United Methodist Church.

Surviving are two sons, Kerry Schroeder and Stephen Schroeder, both of Hughesville; a daughter, Amy Zacha (Keith), of Sedalia; a stepson, Scott Bridges, of Green Ridge; five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two sisters, Loretta Allred, of Texas, and Ann Reavis, of La Monte; and a brother, Don Schroeder, of Hughesville.

In addition to his parents, William Henry and Mattie Jewel (Powell) Schroeder; and wife, Patty Jean (Byler); he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Schroeder.
