Area residents will be able to turn in their prescription drugs- no questions asked- at several locations in the KMMO listening area this weekend.
According to a news release from the Marshall Police Department, the National Prescription Drug Take Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient and responsible means to dispose of prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications.
In Marshall, medications will be collected from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 27, at the Marshall Municipal Court Building at 5 East Eastwood Street.
