A passenger in one of two vehicles involved in a traffic crash in Pettis County on Wednesday suffered minor injuries.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred as a northbound vehicle, driven by 18-year-old Seth Hoover, of Sedalia, attempted to cross U.S. Highway 65 and reportedly failed to yield to a westbound vehicle, driven by 84-year-old Marion Thomas, of Sedalia.
While neither driver reportedly was injured, 82-year-old Carolyn Thomas, of Sedalia, was transported to Bothwell Hospital in Sedalia for treatment.
The crash happened just before 1:30 p.m. on U.S. Highway 65 at Georgetown Road.
