Bond for a Marshall teen has been set at $250,000 cash only for allegedly committing sexual acts on a juvenile recently in Saline County.
A probable cause statement says on October 18, a forensic interview with the 5-year-old victim reportedly determined that 19-year-old Chase Matthew Watts allegedly touched the victim’s private area and had the victim commit acts on him. The victim reportedly detailed the alleged sexual acts using dolls and drawings during the interview.
Online court documents say Watts has been charged with three counts of an Unclassified Felony for Sodomy in the First Degree- Aggravated Sexual Offense.
Watts’ initial hearing in this case is pending at the Saline County Circuit Court.
Also, Watts is facing another sex-related felony in a separate case regarding a sexual encounter with a 13-year-old female. Watts reportedly admitted to authorities about the sexual encounter. His next court appearance in this case is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 21.
