The Marshall Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating a man who has an active warrant.
According to a news release, the department is seeking information on the whereabouts of Cosa Wendell Hoskins, a 29-year-old African American, who is approximately 6-foot-3 and 220 pounds.
Hoskins has an active warrant for parole violation with an original charge of aggravated assault, with full U.S. extradition and no bond.
