An American Red Cross blood drive is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 15, in Carroll County.
According to a news release, the drive is scheduled to be held from 3 to 7 p.m. at Carroll County Memorial Hospital at 1502 North Jefferson Street in Carrollton.
