A Sedalia man died in a traffic crash in Pettis County on Tuesday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as an eastbound vehicle, driven by 27-year-old Andrew Beyer, reportedly traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a telephone pole and a fence.
Beyer, who reportedly was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced deceased by a paramedic at the scene at 3:27 p.m.
The crash happened at 3 p.m. on Westmoreland Road, west of U.S. Highway 65.
