Four area residents have been arrested and are awaiting formal charges after the execution of a search warrant at a residence in rural Saline County on Friday, December 7.
According to a release from the Saline County Sheriff’s Department, deputies with assistance from the Lafayette County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence in the 10000 block of 280th Road near Waverly, and four suspects were arrested for alleged illegal drug possession.
Online court documents say formal charges have not been filed yet against the four suspects, and per KMMO policy, each of their names will not be disclosed at this time.
