The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) has announced it’s new, free mobile app is now available for download for all outdoor enthusiasts.
According to a news release, the MO Outdoors app allows users to find MDC conservation areas, fishing areas, hiking trails, shooting ranges and nature centers from all across the state. Users also can also mark their “favorite” locations to quickly find them in future searches.
MO Outdoors also connects users to area regulations and season information, hours of operation, images and area closings, as well as interactive maps of area boundaries and other features. The map function also displays features such as parking lots, boat ramps and wildlife viewing areas, and allows users to easily navigate using their device’s GPS.
MO Outdoors and MDC’s other free apps — MO Hunting, MO Fishing, and MO Con Mag — are available for download on both Android and Apple devices.
