Saline County Northern District Commissioner Richard Clemens died last week, and his services were held on Saturday and Sunday, December 15 and 16.
Now, in order to figure out what the commission needs to do in moving forward, during its meeting on Tuesday, December 18, Clerk Debbie Russell said she talked to Kyle Aubuchon, the boards and commissions director for Governor Mike Parson.

Clemens was elected as Northern District Commissioner in November 2016. The person who is selected will serve out Clemens’ unexpired term, which runs through December 31, 2020.
