Wilbur Francis Quinlan, age 98, of Pilot Grove, died Friday, December 21, 2018.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, December 24, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pilot Grove. Burial will following at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
A visitation will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, December 23, at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Meisenheimer Funeral Home in Pilot Grove is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials are suggested to Columbia Second Chance (an animal rescue organization).
Those preceding Wilbur in death are his parents, Raymond Wm. and Grace Elizabeth (Schuster) Quinlan; his wife Alice and his second wife Caroline; brother Earl Quinlan, grandson Daniel Quinlan; and stepchildren Carol and Daniel Fisher.
Surviving Wilbur are his sons Jack Quinlan, Warren Quinlan and his wife Patricia, both of Columbia, Don Quinlan and his wife Barbra of Florissant; grandchildren Kevin and Jesse Quinlan; great grandchildren Mirabella Quinlan; step children Steve Stonecipher-Fisher of Columbia, Beci Hammond and her husband Mark of Sedalia; step grandchildren, Geoffrey Hammond, Joseph Hammond and his wife Alicia, Matthew Fisher and his wife Jessica, Gabrielle Miner and her husband Mason and Holly Jett.
