A Warrensburg resident suffered moderate injuries in a traffic crash in Johnson County on Friday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as a westbound vehicle, driven by 28-year-old Joshua Ploof, reportedly traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree.
Ploof, who reportedly was not wearing a seat belt, was transported by Johnson County E.M.S. to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg for treatment.
The crash happened just before 1:45 a.m. in the 400 block of West Pine Street in Warrensburg.
