A graduate of an area community college is now an Associate Circuit Judge.
According to a news release, Harold L. Dump II (right in picture) was sworn in as Associate Circuit Judge of Henry County on December 28, 2018. Presiding Circuit Judge James K. Journey administered the “Oath of Office” to Dump, who won the general election on November 2. Dump replaces Wayne Strothman, who has retired.
Dump is a 2001 graduate of State Fair Community College in Sedalia; a 2006 graduate of the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg; and a 2010 graduate of the Oklahoma City University (OCU) School of Law.
After graduating from OCU, Dump passed the Missouri Bar and worked with a law firm in Clinton. In 2016, Dump became the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Henry County.
