Salisbury R-4 Superintendent Troy Clawson said a representative of McKinstry Construction was at the board meeting on Monday, January 21, and gave the board an update on some projects coming up.
Clawson said a number of things will be taken care of this summer.
Clawson said a special board meeting will be held on Thursday, January 31, for final approval before it goes out for bids.
Clawson also said McKinstry was selected as construction manager for another future project.
In other news, Clawson said the board accepted the resignation of bookkeeper Diane Henke.
Clawson also pointed out the district will not have to hold an election in April- due to incumbents Chris Brown and Regina Boss being the only persons to file for the two open board seats.
