A roadwork project is scheduled to continue this week beginning on Monday, January 28, in Howard County.
According to MoDOT, brush cutting is scheduled on Highway 124, between Highway 240 and Route Y, with the project scheduled to last through Friday, February 8.
The project will have one lane will be open, and a crew will flag traffic through the work area.
On Wednesday, January 30, culvert-pipe replacement is scheduled to take place on Highway 3- between Route B and County Road 238; and on Route U- between County Roads 232 and 249. During each project, one lane will be open, and a crew will flag traffic through the work area.
On Thursday, January 31, culvert-pipe replacement is slated to cause closure of a portion of Route V. The closure is scheduled to be from County Roads 237 to 259 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and motorists are advised to seek an alternate route.
On Friday, February 1, culvert-pipe replacement is scheduled to take place on Route DD- between County Roads 422 and 423. One lane will be open, and a crew will flag traffic through the work area.
