Saline County authorities are looking for information from the public to locate three persons who have warrants for their arrest.
According to a release from the sheriff’s department, 19-year-old Timothy Rife (left) is wanted for felony probation violation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance, with bond set at $10,000 cash only. Rife is described as being a white male, about 5-foot-11 and 217 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Another release says 50-year-old Cynthia Ann Ballenger (bottom right) is wanted for felony probation violation on an original charge of stealing, with bond set at $10,000 cash only. Ballenger is described as being white female, about 5-foot-2 and 150 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Also, 36-year-old Kia Butner (bottom left) is wanted on a felony charge for forgery with bond set at $7,500 cash only. Butner is described as an African-American female, about 5-foot-9 and 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
