The Marshall City Council considered approval of an amendment to a contract for the transfer of certain real property during its meeting on Monday, February 4.
City Administrator David Haugland explained.

Haugland said the city just had a survey completed, and shared the cost.

The council waived the customary waiting period between first and second readings and approved the ordinance as written.
In other news, the council also approved the reappointment of Michael Mills Jr. to the Planning and Zoning Commission Board, with his new term running through November 1, 2022, according to Mayor Mark Gooden.
