UPDATE: CREWS HAVE RESTORED POWER TO MOST CUSTOMERS, BUT ONLY A HANDFUL OF OUTAGES REMAIN.
In Sedalia, about 23 residents living in the area of West Broadway (Highway 50) are still without power. About 30 customers in the Green Ridge and Windsor areas are still without power.
In Saline County, all residents in the Mt. Leonard area should have power restored.

ORIGINAL STORY:
Almost 300 KCP&L customers in the KMMO listening are currently without power due to the recent ice storm.
According to KCP&L power outage map, In Pettis County, 265 Sedalia residents are currently without power with the majority of the affected area located south of 32nd Street to Route F along Highway 65. Also, about 30 customers in the Green Ridge and Windsor areas are currently out of power
Crews are currently working in those areas to get power restored to residents, but it is unknown at this time of how long it will take to get the power restored.
