The Marshall City Council was asked to approve a resolution to allow the city to submit a grant application through the Region F Solid Waste Management District during its meeting on Monday, February 4.
Municipal Services Director Bill Anderson explained what it’s about.

According to the resolution, if awarded, the grant money will be used to purchase a tractor for the compost area and a paper recycle truck and packer.
The council approved the resolution.
