Authorities say they found some drug-related items on a Carrollton man after a traffic stop on February 13, and he has been charged with a felony.
A probable-cause statement says 38-year-old Delbert Shane Norris was found to be in possession of two hypodermic syringes. Contents of one of the syringes allegedly field tested to be methamphetamine.
Online court documents say a warrant has been served, and Norris has been charged with a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance and three misdemeanors. Bond has been fixed at $25,000 cash or licensed surety- no 10-percent allowed.
Norris is due for a hearing at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, February 20, at Carroll County Circuit Court.
