The Marshall School Board gathered for a fairly short meeting, but approved a bid regarding the HVAC and Roof Project for the Spainhower Building on Tuesday, February 19.
According to the minutes from the meeting, Assistant Superintendent Dr. Terry Lorenz reported the district had received bids for the project, and the board unanimously accepted the bid from Crawford Construction for $1.64 million. Two board members, Mike Mills and Erin Meyer, were absent from the meeting.
In other business, Superintendent Dr. Carol Maher stated if any decision has to be made for weather-related activities, it would be at her discretion along with the assistant superintendent and the director of activities.
