A Prospect, Kentucky, resident has been charged with two counts of a drug-related felony after drug-related items allegedly were found in his vehicle following a traffic stop on I-70 in Lafayette County on Friday, February 23.
According to a report from a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper, with the help of a canine, the trooper says he located five vacuum-sealed packages, which reportedly contained four packages of THC shatter- weighing approximately one pound; two jars of THC oil; two small containers of THC wax; a bag containing 36 grams of ecstasy; and other drug-related items.
Online court documents say 19-year-old William James Stone III has been charged with two counts of a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Bond has been fixed at $25,000 cash or surety.
Stone’s initial hearing is pending at Lafayette County Circuit Court.
