A Wellington teenager sustained minor injuries in a rollover traffic crash on a wet roadway in Lafayette County on Sunday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as an eastbound vehicle, driven by 17-year-old Joseph Rukavina, reportedly traveled through standing water on the roadway, hydroplaned and skidded off the north side of the roadway, impacted a railway embankment and overturned.
Rukavina reportedly was transported to Lafayette Regional Health Center in Lexingt0n for treatment.
The crash happened just before noon on Missouri Highway 224, west of Giblin Hill Road.
