A Windsor man who is facing multiple sex-related felony charges after three youths accused him of inappropriate contact with them during two separate incidents last summer is due in court this week
A probable-cause statement says, on July 18, the juveniles alleged to authorities they were inappropriately touched during a sleep-over and pool party held at a residence in Windsor on July 2 and 7.
Online court documents say 43-year-old Christopher Hidy has been charged with three counts of an Unclassified Felony for Statutory Sodomy or Attempted Sodomy- Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Person Less than 14 Years Old; two counts of a Class C Felony for Third-Degree Child Molestation; and a Class D Felony for Tampering or Attempt to Tamper with a Victim in a Felony Prosecution. Hidy posted $10,000 cash-only bond on October 10.
Hidy, who pleaded not guilty on February 14, is scheduled to appear for his preliminary hearing at 11 a.m.Thursday, March 7, at Henry County Circuit Court.
