A Knob Noster man has been charged with a felony for allegedly burglarizing a residence in Sedalia on December 31, 2018.
According to a probable-cause statement, a resident in the 500 block of Dal Whi Mo Court told authorities somebody had kicked in his door and stole multiple items- including a 42-inch television; an xBox One; a Sony PlayStation 4; an Apple Mac Book; an Apple iPad; a set of headphones; and several pairs of shoes. The victim says the items are worth more than $4,400; and the damage to the door is estimated at $250.
During a search of a residence in Knob Noster on January 2, 2019, authorities say they found several of the items, and they were returned to the victim.
Online court documents say Trustin A. Oja has been charged with a Class D Felony for Burglary in the Second Degree; and a misdemeanor for property damage. Bond has not been set yet.
Oja’s initial hearing is pending at Pettis County Circuit Court.
