A 24-year-old Blackburn man who has been charged with multiple sex-related felonies involving a juvenile is due in court on Monday, March 11.
According to a probable-cause statement, on July 28, 2018, a woman alleged that Christopher Michael Moore II sexually assaulted her daughter on more than one occasion between June 30 and July 1 and July 20-22 at Moore’s residence in rural Saline County. Authorities reportedly reviewed explicit Facebook messages between the juvenile and Moore.
According to online court documents, Moore has been charged with two counts of Class D Felonies for Statutory Rape and Statutory Sodomy in the Second Degree; and an Unclassified Felony for Enticement of a Child (Actor 21 Years old or older and Child Less Than 15 years old).
Moore, who pleaded not guilty in September, is due for a plea/trial-setting hearing at 9 a.m. at Saline County Circuit Court.
