Saline County Treasurer Marty Smith delivered a positive sales-tax report for March during the meeting of the county commission on Thursday, March 7.

Smith continued with a report on proceeds from another tax.

Smith concluded by reporting the county received $26,221.71- up over $5,900 from last month and up over $2,700 from the same period last year- from the law-enforcement sunset tax. He also said the county received $100,581.58 from the economic-development tax. That was up more than $20,000 from last month.
