A section of a rural route in Howard County is scheduled to be closed for part of a day next week.
A news release says crews with the Missouri Department of Transportation will replace a cross pipe on Route JJ- between County Roads 222 and 245. The work is scheduled to close that portion of Route JJ from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 14.
Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route around the work area.
All work is weather permitting.
