Excessive rain in some areas Friday and Saturday caused some localized flooding, and there are three area roadways closed due to high water.
According to the MoDOT Traveler Information Map, in Saline County, Missouri Highway 127- one mile north of Sweet Springs- is closed due to water over the roadway.
In Johnson County, Missouri Highway 23- between Concordia and Knob Noster; and Route E, near Valley City- are closed due to flooding.
