Two Sedalia residents have been charged with a drug-related felony after authorities allegedly found drug-related items during the execution of a search warrant at an apartment on Vernon Road in Pettis County on March 12.
According to a probable-cause statement, authorities say they found three total baggies of methamphetamine- weighing a total of more than 60 grams; two sets of digital scales; several clear plastic baggies; and other drug-related items.
Randy W. Haynes and Gary L. Gaines each has been charged with a Class C Felony for Trafficking Drugs in the Second Degree and a drug-related misdemeanor. No bond has been ordered for Haynes, while Gaines’ bond has been set at $10,000 cash or surety.
Each subject’s initial appearance is pending at Pettis County Circuit Court.
